Travel and Accommodation

The conference/seminar package does not include the cost of travel and accommodation. Kindly make arrangements for your travel needs. For accommodation, All Events Group usually secures preferential rates with the venue provider. To make a room reservation, please send the completed room reservation form to the hotel directly. Rooms are limited and are subject to availability at the point of booking.

Exit Permits and Entry Visas

Kindly ensure that your travel documentations are valid and that it fulfills the immigration requirements of the respective countries. Where necessary, please obtain the travel visa from the respective authorities.

Dress Code

For conferences, we encourage attendees to turn up in formal business wear. For workshops and seminars, business casual attire is acceptable.

Payment

Payment must be received prior to the event. Payment methods are detailed in the invoice. Entry will be granted upon receipt of full payment. If payment is not received seven days before the event, the registration will be cancelled.

Meals

Refreshments and lunches will be provided. If you have any special dietary needs, kindly inform us at least 3 working days prior to the start of the event.
